The kids are back in school and It is time to say goodbye to summer and hello to fall! There are plenty of things to do right here in Tampa Bay, here are some of our favorites:

Kids Art Fest 2014
Head over to the Dunedin Fine Art Center from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on September 13 for a day of exploring the arts. Children of all ages can participate at this annual gathering. Guests will enjoy art, food, and music, and best of all, admission is free! www.dfac.org/tbp

Cheval Cares 5K Family Fun Run
Get your family off of the couch and out for a run while supporting this great cause. The Cheval Cares 5 K Family Fun Run will honor and celebrate the brave children battling cancer, with all proceeds benefiting the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. The registration fee is $25 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and younger, and ends at the Chateau playground and pool deck for a celebration.www.Tbparenting.com/ chevalcares5k

Zoo Boo Shriek Peek
On September 26-27, for only $12 per person families can get into the Halloween spirit early with Zoo Boo. Spooky creatures will take over the 1800’s themed London Frightmare event, along with rides and even some scary bats! This is fun for kids of all ages, and isn’t too scary for the little ones.

Daddy Daughter Date Night / Mom Son Messy Madness
On September 20 from 5-8 p.m., the Largo Community Center will be hosting a Daddy Daughter date night which includes dinner, dancing and games. Fashion Week Tampa Bay

Working Women of Florida Conference
With the kids back in school this is a great time for working moms to begin to add focus to their careers. The Working Women of Florida Conference will help them do just that, with special networking events and keynote speakers like Alex Sink, women in Tampa, not just moms, will be able to celebrate their successes and learn how to grow. Howl O Scream

Monty Python and the Holy Grape
